Majority of our projects are located at the Interplex Park. To get a feel of the standard of our developments, we think that it is most appropriate to direct you to them. Here are some of the development projects that our company has completed for the last 5 years.
Apollo Technical Park is a large scale office park spanning some 18 buildings down both sides of Orbit drive from the Apollo drive and Orbit Road intersection. These buildings feature 'pop-up' boardrooms, external decks and terraces, basement car parking and an on-site cafe. The total value of this project is $55 million.
Each side of the street has 9 buildings mirrored on the other and is being leased by professional corporate service companies such as JMV Ltd & Johannssen Accountants, ODG & Flintfox International, Sticky Fingers Cafe, Samsung Electronics & Carter Holt Harvey, etc.
The design and landscaping are uniform - creating over a large area, a premium office park in a prime corner location with elevated urban views. A project of this magnitude provides real scale and presence within the business park and is a graphic example of the quantity to which our company aspires.
A number of developments in the area now designed by Herbst Architects provides a degree of harmony in the ongoing development of the park. Consistent design, landscaping, signage, quality tenants and good local infrastructure make Apollo Technical Park the ideal location to do business.
This newest retail development in the Interplex Business Park is beautifully positioned on the corner of Apollo and Orbit Drives, providing dual access in and out of the car park. The complex was architecturally designed with canopied features which makes it a very stylish complex. It is perfectly situated in the middle of a growing business area boarded by residential homes - an ideal retail investment. The total value is around $6 million.
This quality road frontage office park is comprised of three buildings with a total of 11 units which are used for commercial service or showroom purposes. The buildings neighbor onto a council reserve which makes a pleasant environment for staff and customers. This development has attracted tenants like Procter & Gamble, Brandlines and professional tenants - lawyers and midwifery services. Northbridge Properties are grateful to have been selected to build the new head office of 3M which has a value of $10 million. This structure comprises around 3,500 m2 with 150 car parks. It was even showcased in the Trends Commercial Design magazine.
The building has large and efficient work areas as well as visitor and showcase spaces. At the basement level, it has testing and technical work spaces to facilitate the demands of the company.
Clever design, outdoor flow, natural light and street presentation - these are the qualities why this building commands attention.
Our first take on Childcare Centre was indeed a successful one. The project amounted to $5 million which once again proved that we are committed to quality.
We take advantaged of the natural light and incorporated it with a careful design which resulted to an environment where any parent and child could enjoy while spending quality time together.
The development at 102 Rosedale Road amounts to $9 million and it is called the 'Wedge Offices'because of its forward thinking architectural design incorporating 2 separate self-contained buildings with wedge panelling. Both buildings have wide road frontage onto a main arterial route, complete with basement car parking and excellent access onto the northern motorway.
These buildings of 2300m2 have quality tenants including the Ministry of Education, Eroad and RAMM.

The head office for Billabong comprises some 2,000 m2 of office area with another 1,000 m2 of warehouse area at the back. It is a prime corner site fronting onto both Triton and Arrenway Drives with dual access to both.
The building has large and efficient floor plates of 1,000 m2 each in an 'L' shape configuration with a large central atrium which draws the eye into the statement entrance area.
The rear warehouse is almost invisible from the street front and achieves a degree of separation from the main office area. It is only linked to the building by the basement car park and central core with an external patio area between the two buildings forming a semi-closed outdoor area for staff on the ground floor level.
This is an example of a quality building that commands its corner location and provides the scale and presence befitting one of Australia's largest places. This project amounted to $9 million.
This head office project for Makita NZ Ltd amounted to $6 million. Due to its location, it does not have the exposure like the Rosedale Road and Apollo Drive sites. However, this site offers the same location benefits as the other two.
Although Makita is a company that does not seek profile, it still showcases the style and flair that represents traditional office/warehouse arrangement that utilizes top quality materials and clever architectural features that enhances and elevates the whole street presentation.
This building comprises 1,500 m2 of warehouse space and about 450 m2 of office space which makes it a challenging project to balance a corporate office look and a warehouse.
This project included three underlying lots and contained 32 office suites, each of which has its own integral ground floor storage area with a rear service lane and roller door access. This project filled up the gap in the market for businesses that need to have some storage for sample stock, spare parts and deliveries, without wanting to be in an industrial building and preferred a corporate office environment.
When you see this development, you will immediately recognized our work in the design and materials used. The landscaping is in keeping with our projects at 12, 26 and34 Triton Drive. The signage is well-provided and thoroughly thought out with the front panels being consistent. This project was a total of $20 million.
Furthermore, we also completed the developments found on Cnr Triton and Arrenway Drives, 7 Triton Drive, 27-29 William Pickering Drive, Triton Technical Park, 31-49 Apollo Drive, 14 Omega Street and 26 Triton Drive.
